Ring: titanium, responsibly sourced sterling silver, repurposed lapis lazuli beads.
This one-of-a-kind, completely handmade ring comes from our Orbit Collection. The majority of the ring is a heavenly blue colour which was made by heat colouring the titanium sheet-metal. Inside of the ring we have set repurposed tubular lapis lazuli beads, which are held in place by sterling silver wire that was riveted to the titanium walls of the ring. A kind of fete of engineering, this ring speaks directly to The Space Race and the ways in which it effected our technologies and aspirations in space exploration.
